Chiropractor in Kansas City helps Back Pain
Dear Dr. Baker,
You did it again! I feel like a million bucks!
Thank you for the adjustments that have gotten me back to feeling great. Anyone with back pain knows how debilitating that can be and after getting the two adjustments from you I feel so
much relief that I'm my functional, happy, positive self again. I'm so lucky that my back problems are situational rather than chronic but when that situation arises I am miserable.
You've always made a point to see me on a moments notice when the situation arises and suggested an appropriate amount of adjustments to get me back to normal until something comes up
that I need to see you again. Luckily I don't need to see you often, although if I had money to burn I'd see you one a week for the rest of my life! You've never taken advantage of me and
suggested more adjustments than necessary and while you've always recommended an oil change, which absolutely works, I knew that you weren't pushing me for your own financial
benefit.
You know that I am the Benefits Administrator at my work and I manage and educate my employees on the specifics on our insurance program. However, I have my own personal opinion on
what does and doesn't work regarding insurance benefits. I could go to another Chiropractor that is in my plan, but I would pay the same amount as if I went to see you and the handful of
times that I've had to go to someone other than you, due to my work schedule, the quality of the treatment that I've received from other Chiropractors doesn't hold a candle to your
treatment. I truly feel like I get my "money's worth" when you treat me. Not only do you treat the problem at hand but you go the extra mile to do some preventative work. I truly believe
that this is due to the fact that you chose not to participate with insurance companies. You charge a fair and reasonable price for the services you provide. It's transparent to me
because what I pay you is almost a wash to my copayment for an "office visit" and you can spend more time treating me thoroughly because you don't have a bunch of paperwork to do to get
about the same amount of money for your skilled services. Maybe if all doctors and treatment providers did this, then we wouldn't be in a healthcare crisis.
I wish you the best of luck in your new practice in Kansas City. We'll miss you in St. Louis. Hopefully, this will help your new and potential clients in Kansas City know what a gem
you are!
Take care,
Tracey P.
